Update 2010
27/09
Very exiting time ahead of us!! Sessan have come into heat
and the insemination will go on this next few days. Afterwards we just have to
keep our fingers crossed for a succesfull insemination that hopefully ends up
with a lot of gorgeous puppies around 1 of December.
In august Sessan and I went on a trip to Oslo in Norway in hunt for the Norwegan CC. Again we almost reached the goal.. with Reserve Best Bitch and the Reserve CC... Now I just keep my fingers crossed for better luck when we try out for the 3 time... But that will have to wait until next year... now we have other things to think about... ;o)
Gustav have been at dogshow again after a loong summer break. He became 3 best male with CC and if i had entered him in intermediate class instead of junior class,,, he would have gained his first CACIB ;oP But bet we will have that chance again another time ..
rs offcourse . Most fun part for me was that Caprice became best bitch and Wilma became Reserve Best Bitch. VERY PROUD!!

Short
but happy
news.
Since I
have changed
my
computer,
my website
program
FrontPage
is no longer
compatible.
so I
have
to make a new
page
..
: OP
therefore
there will be very
limited
updates
here.
First and
foremost,
I am proud to finally
be able to call
my Princess
:
DKCH
SEU(u)CH
Springer
Nova's
Redborn
Princess.
This weekend
she finally
got
her
CC :o)
Super proud. My
princess
is only
2 years
and 5 months!
Noah's
son from
Adorea
litter
Adoreas
Red
Cascott
finally got
his first CC
after having
been on
and almost
a
few times.
Little
man
first became
BOB with
CACIB and
CAC.
He is so
nice
now
that I do not
think
we
have to wait
long for
the last 2
CC's: o))
In
Sweden
there are more
happy news.
Springer
Nova's
Casper
of
Tuffno
got
his third 1
prize
in
LP1
and can now
use
this
grand title
in front of his
pedigree
name
:o)
Congratulations!!!
Springer
Nova's
Wilma
off
Tuffno
also had
the
nicest
result
HD
HD =
A and
AD
= 00 (Excellent)
Super
proud
and happy
for
the great results
of
Noah's
children.
06/06
There have been a bit quiet recently with scribbles on this page. but the short updates, I have been posting on the mainpage: o)
The
28 of May Gustav was at the club championships
in obedience at the local club.
Gustav got track of his teenage brain cells and did
really well.
he got 141 points out of maximum 150 possible.
Proud of the young boy: o)
With such fine score Gustav became club champion in Obedience 2011 and we won both cups, food
prize and the honor of coming on the front on the
club's website :o) Not easy when you are so
photogenic ...
Gustav and I have started to Rally Obedience inside
Brondby.
I am very pleased to get proper grip on this
concept.
plan after the summer break to continue in obedience training and will hopefully
start some competitions this fall.
Sessan I continue on training in field work this summer, with plans of
entering a field
trial in August.
Both Sessan and Gustav has been through their Mental Assesments, with
fantastic results. Results and comments can be read
about via the Result page.
A few days later came another good news.
Noah's son and Sessan's litter brother in sweden
Cosmos had been through HD / AD X-rays with the
result A / 0 (Excellent) WOW, I was SOO happy <3 Now
we only have to wait for the last 2 to be X-rayed
from the litter.
Of the 8 offsprings 5 have been X-ray free on hips
and elbows, and 1 received a single C hip. Shortly
after I recieved the message from Norway that
Noah's son Conan had been hip x-rayed with the
result with B on the hips :o)
In the Norwegian litter of 7 we now need only one to
go though the X-rays. Here
there is 5 X-rayed free on hips, 4 of them are also
free of elbows.
1 has been mild remarks on hips and elbows.
I look through continuous on Noah's statistics on
both litters together, it really ok: o) here are 7 =
A / 0, 3 = B / 0, 1 = C / 0, 1 = C / 1.
I can not be anything but happy with the results so
far ..
: O)
Middle of May, I went to sweden to visit my sweetest
friend Malin.
I had promised to handle her bitch Sirkka at the
international show in Hässleholm.
Here I also met one of Noah's most beautiful
offspring son Mille <3
Sirkka was unfortunately not the judge's type, but
Millie was 4 best dog with res.
CACIB.
Finally I recieved the message yesterday that Noah's daughter in Norway Caprice became NUCH (Norwegan Show Champion)

Quite unbelievable for me to se that my boy manages to make so fine children that two of the girls from separate litters. Just after beeing 2 years, so shortly after to become champions. I Am soo proud :o)
08/05
We
have remained
in
Denmark
for dogshowing
the past
few
weeks.
Sessan
was beginning to
throw
her
coat,
the
week
after
we
had
been in
Sweden.
At Easter
we went
to
small
National
show in
Næstved and here
Sessan
was defenetly NOT judge's
type or taste,
A
"Very
Good",
however, was his judgement
..
(her
first since
last
summer),
..
2 weeks
after that there was
International
show
in Hillerød,
Cruft's
qualification.
There
had
been
judge
change
in
the weeks before
due,
too few dogs entered at the show,
which fired our
talented
Toller
judge
:oP.
Instead,
it was
a
Finnish
judge
that nobody
knew
in
advance
..
Sessan did
well,
however,
and
ended
up
as the
2
best
bitch
with
reserve
CAC
and
reserve
CACIB
..
Super
shame
to
be
so
close to
the
CAC
and
yet
so
far
away..
But
glad
Sessan
reached
so
far
in
the competition under the
otherwise
very strict
judge,
bearing in mind
that
she
had
tossed
half of
her
fur
in the
previous week.
However,
from
the criticism
the judge thought that it was
"Very
good
coat":
o)
Now,
most
of
Sessan's
remaining
fur
is in the trashcan
after beeing combed
with
the Furminator.
Now
we will have a
vacation
from
the show ring,
but we
will
of course
be back
in
late
July!
Noah's offspring Adorea's Red Camellon got his results back on his Hip and elbows. both with the result Excellent. Very happy about the result!!
18/04
WOW
here have
really
happened
a
lot
lately.
First
and
foremost
Sessan
and
I
took
a
trip
to
Sweden
in search
of the
last
counting
cert
to
the
Swedish
championship this week,
at
SKK
show in
Vasteraas
up
in the
vicinity
of
Stockholm.
She
ended up
Reserve
Best
Bitch
with the CC, only
beaten by
the
great
veteran
Multi
champ.
Allydor's
Penny
Athena
a
really
nice
lady!
Super
happy because the
Princess
can now
call
herself
SEU(u)CH
Springer
Nova's
Redborn
Princess.
2 years
and
1 month
old.
Very proud!
The week
before
we went on a
trip
to
Bergen in
Norway
where
both
Sessan
and
Gustav
was
to be shown.
Both almost reached the
goal
...
Sessan
with
Reserve
Best
Bitch
with
Reserve
CAC
and
Reserve
CACIB
..
And
our
wonderful
Junior
at
10
md
Gustav,
CK
Reserve
Best Male
and
Reserve
CAC.
We will be back! o)
Noah's
beautiful
Son
Springer
Nova's
Casper
of
Tuffno
debuted
in
open
class
in sweden, with
the great result
Excellent 3.
He is turning in to a
fine
young
lad!
In
Norway
we met
Noah's
son
Adorea's
Red
Camellon
He
is
still
under
rapid
development,
but
about
1 year
then
I think
it
all
falls into place
and
then it would
not
surprise
me
if he
could
reach
really
far.
Camellon
has
also
been eye
with the
outcome
UA
so
it
is
super
good!
We
are about
to
have
info
on
the
upcoming
Redborn
litter
ready.
Missing
the final
details,
but
there will
not
be long
before it becomes
official
who
made
Sessan's
handsome boyfriend
will
be.
We expect
Sessan to
come
into season
around
october.med
puppies
around
end
december.
But it
may well
be
somewhat
inaccurate
with the season for the
first
years in a bitch life,
so
we'll
see
when it will be.
We are defenetly very
exited
and we know
that
Sessan
is
READY
:o)
04/04
Sessan
has
been
on dogshow
in
Luxembourg
last weekend
and
got
a
nice
Luxembourg
CAC
home with her home.
Now
she
"just"
need one more CC
from
Luxembourg
to
call herself a
Luxembourg
Champion.
Something we are defenetly planning on trying
to go for in september.
This
weekend
Sessan
and
Gustav
was entered
at
the international Dogshow
in
Berlin
/
Germany.
The goal was
to
try
to
get a
CACIB
with
us
home
and
Sessan
still
on
pencilin
cure
after
some
stomach
problems last week,
did
brilliantly and got
both
CC,
CACIB
and BOS
home with her.
So
proud
of
her!
Gustav
had
his debut
in
Junior
Class.
Since
there
was
no room
for the training
of
him
before we went
into
the ring
and
generally
too
little space,
he
chose
to
make
bouncing
ball
inside
the ring.
So
the judge
could not see
him
move
properly.
This
was
acknowledged
with
a
Very Good,
but
with
a
very
nice
critique!
21/03
Woohooo
what a
weekend!
Sessan
struck
again
and took
his
2
CAC
homes,
during
her
debut
in the Open
Class
in
Sweden
at the international exhibition
in Malmö.
In addition,
she
also
took
her
first
CACIB
home
and
was
Best
Bitch
and
BOS
=
Best of
opposite
sex!
Super
proud
and happy.
At the
same
exhibition
was
also
enrolled
Mille
(Springer
Nova's
Liam
of
Tuffno)
He
did
very well
because he became 3
in
a
big
open
class
with
Excellent
and CK.
: o)
- This
guy need
only
1 more CC
to
become
Swedish
Champion
and
it'll
probably
come
in the foreseeable future
:o)
2 weeks
before
Sessan
was
on
show
at
SSRK
in
Moheda
with
results
2
best
bitch
with
reserve
CAC.
Here
I also met
her
fine
brother
Tyson
(SN
Hjalmsatosens
Tyson)
He
got
the fine
result
Very
Good.
I've
got
a
couple of
health
outcomes from the
Noah
offspring
and offcourse
Sessan.
3
have
been
DNA tested
for
PRA
and
the results
were
as follows:
Sessan
=
PRA
A
SN
Casper
of
Tuffno
=
PRA
B
Adorea's
Red
Caprice
=
PRA
B
Additionally,
Casper
is HD/ED
tested
with
the result
=
B/00:
o))
08/02
Jiiipppiiiee :o) Finally Sessan got her first CC :o) super
happy and she even became Best of breed and ended up with a Best In Show 4 at
the retriever Club show in Sweden this weekend !!
Super happy!!
Even got the message from Norway that Noah's stunning Daughter Adorea's Red Camille had the debut in Obedience Class 1 with 1 price, Class Winner and Qualification to Obedience Class 2, Sooo proud of you both <3 :o)
Even Noahs Stunning son Adorea's Red Conrad had his debut in Conformation Show with the result of Excellent and Class winner in Intermediate class. Super result <3 :o))
Next week Sessan, Gustav and I are going to the Years first DKK Int Show in Fredericia. So very exited. It will be Gustav's last entrie in Puppy Class and sessan's last entrie in Intermediate Class in denmark before she is going in to Open class. So very exiting :o) Wish us luck!
06/12
Gustav have been at his first show in puppy class for age
6-9 month. It all went very well and he got a Honorary Price and became BOS
puppy only beaten by his sister Venice, who later became BIS 4 Puppy.
In Norway Noahs daughter Caprice was entered at Nordic Winner show. there were 69 tollers entered and about 44 bitches of them. The little girl almost took it all but in the end she was beaten by a very fine Junior bitch. Next time I am sure she will win. THIS is second time she have been 1 placement from a title.. :o) But she got a CACIB with her home to her collection. and of that i am very proud <3
I cant do any thing other than beeing super proud that already 3 og Noahs children have gained a CACIB and then offcourse Sessan who got a Res. CACIB in November.
23/11
It's been a little too much time
since last update, but my old computer died after
our old male cat, chose to jump onto the table where
I had the computer and pass a glass of cola over ..
It could not it just tolerate, o))
Now I've got a replacement PC and ohh boy, I have much to tell ..!
First: Sessan was HD and AD tested with the result A
/ B = B and 0 / 0 on elbows (Hips Good/Excellent and
elbows Excellent) :o) I am really happy
because now I am one step closer in the future to
have a litter of puppies on her: o)
only thing missing at this moment is the DNA testing
on PRA (either A or B) and the eyetest.
the last I am not nervous because there is some truth in the lines other than
Distiacisis and it is to live with, o))
In Norway, Noah son Conrad was HD /
AD photographed with the result AA and 00 (both
Excellent) Super happy for the result, several
more of them thanks : o)
We've also been on show.
D. 06/11 we were on show in Herning.
Sessan went almost all the way and finished as the
second best female with reserve CACIB bitch that
beat her was 1 year older and a little more furry
than her ..
.
Noahs son Scott was also exhibited and handled by
me.
Here it also went nearly the whole way.
when he managed to become 2 best male with CACIB: o)) The judge was very
excited for him and he had like Sessan had more
hair, I believe that I could have been standing with
both BOB / BOS that day :o))
The following week I took a trip to Sweden to
exhibit Sessan on SSRK dogshow.
Here I met Noahs son Mille, who is as talkative as
his dad ..
However, I was told that he does not make it into
work situations.
But that didn't Noah either not ..
"He was more just a social type, o)) hehe ..
Here was the result of Sessan 2 winner in junior class with Excellent and
Mille was 1 winner in his class with Excellent,
unfortunately none of them was placed in the best
male and female.
The week before had been Mille BOS with CAC and
CACIB at the big int show in Växjö / Sweden.
Extremely proud of the handsome guy : o) Now they must wait until he is 2
years to get the last CC, so he can become Champion
<3
14/10
At home I started on Handler team training with the dogs.
It is super good. I
hope I can become much better to show the dogs than I am now "there are always
things that can be improved"!
Next show is in Herning in November. Sessan are reasonable naked right now but
are starting to form new coat and hope / believe that she will be in full coat
to Herning: o)) Otherwise planning for the trip to the Cruft's have slowly
begun. It becomes an expensive trip, but o boy it is going to be so much fun!
Another change here is that my mother Merethe hvar become part owner of my
kennel name. It's nice not having to stand all alone when I can hopefully make
the first Redborn litter in about 1-1 ½ years' time.
I've finally pulled myself together to get made little changes on the website. I
will in the future have dedicated galleries on the website only for my dogs and
their offspring. Instead I start to build an online gallery where there will
eventually be put into small galleries from shows, hunt tests and training other
involved with Tollers doing. But it is all: o)
Kennel sides almost finished and Offspring 1 and Noah
and Sessan's pages are in place.
Noah's Offspring:
The first HD / AD results have come at Noah children in Sweden.
Daisy and Millie both with nice hips A and 00 on the elbows:
o). Tyson's results was not quite so well with a B and C = C hip but 00 on the
elbows, he was. He is still very much under development in the body and will be
X-rayed again at a later date and then we cross our fingers for that there will
be a much better result!.
In Norway, Caprice and Cilla has HD / AD photographed.
Caprice with super result HD A and ED 00. Unfortunately,
Cilla's result was not so good with C / C and 1 / 1 to follow: o (.
Now I wait so with nervousness at the next results from this
litter and hope it was just an isolated incident ...
Daisy has also been on unofficial exhibition with great results and criticism HP
and BOB and BIG5. It will be fascinating to see how it
goes when she debut in official exhibition.
In Norway Cilla passed Retriever Need test (qualification test) and are approved
to start at the official hunting tests in Norway: o) I am mightily to follow
this young lady who showed most interest in wildlife and autonomy of the puppies
: o)
Caprice and GT participated in Agility course and closed to exist not just 1
unofficial agility test but all 3 (Bronse, Silver and Gold) in dog club: o)
Speed is given enough also to the young lady, so it's just to get started with
exercise GT ... If she has the same
pace as his father, so you'll need it: o))
24/08
We have been on dogshow in Vallensbaek/Copenhagen.
I showed Noahs son Adorea's Red Cascott to his first Excellent and he even became the winner of the class. I was very happy about it and i am looking so much forward seeing him in showring in the future :o))
I even showed Mettes Zaecar to his first ever Excellent and placement of 3 in a big openclass male competition. very happy :o))
Sessan was in bikini and eventhough she got a
very nice critic, she only got a Very Good 3. I actually were surpriced to se
that almost all dogs were in coat :o/ No chance for us then....
Now I just have to look forward to the show in november where she defenetly will
be in full coat again, and then she will show them all ;o)
31/07
Finally Gustav have moved into my family. Sessan is so
happy and they play a lot. He belongs to my mother but I will get a lot of
quality time with him to.
26/07
We have been at the Tollerspecialty in Sweden this
weekend.
Sessan was entered at the Tolling Field Trial and the dogshow.
The Tolling Field Trial was orfull, because Sessan desided to do her own game.. only bright thing was the water part, where she even impressed the judge. But as said before.... the rest was not the funniest thing :o/ And ad the judge said after the test... "She is really very satisfied with herself" hehe ;o)
The dogshow went very well and she became second in her class of 25 youngster bitches with Honourary Price and had been very close winning the class had it not been for her beeing unfocused in the end and not running so very well. BUT, I am very happy and pleased with her placement :o)
Today we have been visiting Sessan's future "littlebrother"
and for the first time she had the opportunety to meet him. It was love at first
sight and Sessan was crazy about this little guy <3. So much looking forward
to have him move in with my family :o)
Closer introducting will come when he have moved in.
Updated
Sessan - Results
14/04
Here it goes quietly.
Not so much to do when your dog is in heat ..
Sessan seems to be just above the heat so nice to
start seeing an end to it this time.
One day I was out and
play with her and got this snap shoot!
:o)
Besides that, I can proudly tell that Noah's daughter, Cilla the
13 of April passed the Norwegian Kennel Club Bronce Appeal test in
obedience.
Cilla was the youngest dog who
participated out of 10 enrolled. Cilla and Vigdis ranked top 3 equipage, but as
the only one given 10 points (max points) in the "holistic impression /
collaboration working zeal throughout the test for equipage": o)
Beautiful!
Same day, there was Chicken cup at the
Retriever Club and here gave Camille and Stine their all again and got nice 18
points out of 20 th max.
Now they
are on a single 4 position out of 15 entries and although they did not get the
first test in the accounts are reasonably well with the "for fun" competition.
In the same cup is Cilla and Vigdis on a single
6 seat also lacks a single test.
Now there are only 2 items left out of a total of 6
tests and crossing their fingers that they both end up in top 5; o))
09/04
Friday the 2 of April Sessan decided to get into heat..
So the upcoming Field Trial on her was cancelled :o(
A possitive thing though is that I dont have to think about that the rest of the year, and now I have the whole season available..
She has been a little confused this last week.
She have become more security seeking towards me.
But this is what to expect, when you feel a bit strange...
Camilla who have Wilma have send me the critic from the Int. Dogshow in Malmo. It is such a great critic that I just have to brag about it :o)
1 year old bitch - Good whole - Feminine head with good expression - Scissorbite - Good nek - Good shoulder - Excellent Chest for her age - Good bone - Good strait spine - Well angulated behind - Moves free and vigorous - Slightly unsteady rear - Good fur.
No wonder that the judge came so close giving her a Excellent too :o)
In a little over 2 weeks time we are going on the Function Assesment in Sweden. And atleast I can be happy to know that she possibly is finished with her Heat then.
In 3 weeks time there is Int. Dogshow in Hilleroed. On this show there is Crufts qualification. It is no secret that I hope Sessan may get the qualification in Junior Class, so I have a legal apology of taking the trip to Cruft in 2011 :o)
Untill then take care every body :o)
02/04
So fast the time has gone. In 2½ weeks time Sessan is
having her debut in Toller Field Trials in Sweden. Only nervous point is that
she might go in to heat one of these next weeks time... With my luck ;o/
I keep my fingers crossed that it wont happen.
Are we ready for the test?! .... Well the handling of the game goes very well. The Tolling element, hmmmm... Last year I testet her about 3 times and realized I didn't need to practise with her, she just did it.
Field search she tried in sweden 2 weeks ago, and also this element was no problem for her..
Guess that my focus point and the thing I am really nervous for is the Inviroment sorrounding a test, with gunshoots and lots of people... But to my thoughts is also that she managed to work ok after a while when we were in sweden and there was other dogs nearby.. She did not pay any attention to the people..
I have been out training a couple of times with Sessan afterwards where she had to retrieve Duck on water. She have done a great job. I even gave her a difficult area where she had to climb up a slope with the duck in her mouth. this went very well also. I would like to be more sure that she does not slip the Duck before she have delivered it to my hand. But it is all getting much better :o)
In addition, she is walking with the Duck on long areas. And Not doing any outings anymore trying to hide the game from me :o)

The 29 of March, Noahs children from Norway became 1 year old. It has been wonderful experiencing this litter through the year. The common denominator for all of them is that they are very active, so I again have to point out how important it was that they all came out to good loving families who work them all a lot.
Here the Hunt practise is the primary activity, but eventhough this litter have become a workinglitter, they can also look good. ;o) Most of them have been in Showring with good results as result. Especially Caprice is going in her parents paw prints. It is going to be very exiting to follow all from now.
I never forget Noah and my Mating trip to
Norway where we spent a week in company of Gunn Tove and her 2 RR girls.
The meetings between Noah and Alpha was love at first sight. even when they meet
again 3½ month after Noah was so in love that he tried to jump at her..
But then I send him in to the puppy yard where he could "cool of" and babysit
his 5 week old offsprings.
One of those things I remember the most was Noahs reaction on the puppies.
He was fully aware that the pups were his offsprings and he washed them and took
care of them. :o)
Were they a little too much, he sent them a look, they could not misunderstand and looked with imploring eyes at me "Mom, let me out .. Please"!
I am very happy that I
have contact with many of the offspring owners from this litter.
Really fun to hear about their personalities and
eccentricities, which give so many memories about their father.
Especially this litter has so
many physical and mental equality issues Noah, no doubt that my boy have
dominated in many ways here: o)
Got new pictures of Camellon.
I got a shock, he
is similar to Noah in a wild way, got so big a shock that I pinched a tear, was
like watching Noah's expressive, intelligent eyes looking at me ...
Have done a little bit about
the litter 2 pages. Several of the pages are updated with new
pictures of the offsprings, so take a look over.
Now both litters have become 1 year, my first criterion for success for both of them have been met : o) All 15 are healthy! Now wait there so also for this litter HD / AA photography on a half years. crosses too that it will go well!
24/03
A wonderful weekend is over!
Saturday I went to Sweden, where I staying at Malins place. She is the owner of Ilia & Sirkka . She had arranged for us to do some hunting practise and this became a wonderful experience. Sessan was at first a bit nervous because of all those dogs she did not know. But after a while she became confident and for the first time she tried a very difficult field search, with Ducks :o) She was so clever and I became so proud of her.
In the evening I was enjoing a wonderful time in the company of Malin, with lots of dog talk and very nice food :o)
On Sunday we went to Malmo International Dogshow. the Tollers had 34 entries, 13 males and 21 bitches. Casper and Wilma the Offsprings of Noah was there to. Unfortunetly Mille and Tyson was supposed to be there to, but for different reasons they didn't come. It went very well with Casper and he ended up with a Very Good 1 and a Honour Price in Junior Class. The judge was very hard and only 2 male dogs (both in Hunting Class) recieved Excellent.
Then it was time for Sessan and her sister Wilma to enter the ring and it went very well :o) Wilma got a Very Good 2 with Honour Price only beaten by sister Sessan who recieved a Excellent :o) The judge almost gave Wilma a excellent to, but desided in last minute for the HP instead.
In the next classes he was not throwing the good prices around and It ended up with giving 6 more Excellents to bitches. 2x in open class, 1 in Hunting class, 2 in Champion Class and 1 in veteran class.
Sessan was to compete with dogs who was atleast 1 year older than her...
The judge said with out hesitation good bye to 1 champion bitch and the veteran. After that he send the open class bitch as reserve. the hunting class bitch 4 and then he took his time looking at the remaining 3 before he putted Sessan third and Malin with Sirkka 2 and the champin bitch 1.
Sirkka and Malin recieved the CAC and it was so well desurved :o) Just very happy that Sessan came so close :o))
It was a great day and most importantly was
that the offspring after Noah were so wonderfull in mentality. They all very
nice, kind, social dogs and I saw no stress :o)
I am so happy!!
Today I have been doing some cold game practise with Sessan. She was so wonderfull, retrieved again and again.. Even carried the Duck 300 metres. We finished with doing some water retrievings in the small river nearby. She was so wonderfull even carried the game 10 metres from shore delivering the game to hand, offcourse half the time she let go of the duck just before reaching me, but thats ok. it is her first time retrieving game on water.
After that we went home. on the way we meet 2 Deer. Sessan turned on right away, but in magic way I managed to stop her, without to much difficulties :o) I got her in leach and now she began to track after the Deers fresh scent. She soon found the Deer's. I was in luck that I had her in leach then because she was ready for the hunt now and I might not have been able to stop her then ;o)
Just to imagine that I one week ago thought
that we were years from getting ready for the Hunting test until now where I
actually think that it could become an succes..
But you never know... I might get really nervous and Sessan might forget to be
obediente.. ;o)

A big congratulation to the Noah/Cajo Litter from Springer Nova Kennel, that today selebrates their 1 year birthday!! Amazing that you already are so old :o)

Clearly remember 1½ year ago, when Anne-Louise contacted me and asked if she could use Noah. 1 month after we meet in Åstorp at the SSRK dogshow where Noah recieved CAC and became BOB. I got to meet Cajo and Anne-Louise experienced Noah. Most importantly... - Noah and Cajo meet each other and the chemistry between them was good :o)
1½ month after Cajo came into heat 1 month
earlier than partisipated and by luch she was ready to be mated during the
showdays at Mydog in Goteborg/Sweden, where I was entering Noah. First mating
came through home at the Springer Nova adress.
Remember that Noah was very insecure and keept on beeing a gentleman washing
Cajo's ears that they were very weet. But after a while I told him what to do
and helped him a little and after going out in the bathroom where the floor was
not that slippery, the firfst mating was a reality.
The day after we was at the dogshow and Noah
got his final CAC and became Swedish Show Champion. Back again at the hotel we
celebrated with the second Mating. this time Noah knew what to do and tha mating
was a reality after few minutes. The day after Cajo celebrated the second mating
by becoming Swedish Show Champion to with CACIB.
Cant help by thinking that it had to become a amazing litter with those results
their parents accived through those mating days :o)
9 weeks after the result came and 8 wonderfull
puppies was born. 4 males and 4 females.
I visited the puppies 3 times through the first 8 weeks and had the opportunety
to watch them grow and develop. A thing I am so happy to experience.
Sessan went home with me and the rest live in most of Sweden.
The litter is overall very well proportioned,
with excellent angulations and great fronts. They have beautiful heads with
breed typical expressions.
For now the dogshow results for the debutants Tyson a Excellent and Sessan a
Very Good. This is really promising for the future :o)
Their have overall very happy mentalities and are very good social without any conflicts together with other dogs.
In Working I have heard nothing but positive
from the owners and every day myself experience how wonderful a working dog
Sessan is. The energy in these dogs is very high, when they have to work, but
luckily as fare as I have heard without any stress or much sound.
In a 1½ month the whole litter is going through the Funting Function Assesment
and I am looking so much forward to experience them all :o)
Daisy haver already had the first Inquiry "If she should have puppies sometime". Rica can retrieve Sausages without eating it :o). Mille and Casper are naturals on retrieving. Cosmos is super on Blood tracking, and I can keep on... :o)
1 year have gone by and their have not been ANY kind of trouples with them in health. One of the succes criterias for the litter seems to be a succes .o). Now we can just wait for the HD/AD x-rays when they reach 1½ year. Really hope it will be a great result there too :o)
I AM SO PROUD!!
Sessan keep on developing a lot. She has a
strong personality. She have a lot of friends in all sizes and types in the
local area. In working she is a delight. She has a excellent consentration and
so easy to learn new things. That does that I dont have to train her a lot
before she can do it.
There are so much hunting in her that it has been very little I have been
training her on this area. Maximum once a week I train her and that is all she
need. She has total control on what to do.
Sessan is a very well proportioned bitch, with
a beautiful head and expression. She looks a lot like her father. My dream to
get a feminin clone of Noah I have gained in Sessan. On thing that are very
interesting is that she has better movements than her father and I would never
have thought that it was possible. :o)
She is my Princess and give me so much joy :o)
I have no doubt that she (If her HD/AD results
are ok) will get into the breeding programme. I already now see that she have a
lot of possitive to give the breed and I hope she bring it on to her offspring.
Already now I have had several Inquiry's on pups after Sessan. That makes me so
proud :o)
13/02
Sessan have had her debut in the showring, with the best
result Very Good from a breedknown judge with excellent critic :o)
This weekend I spent together with Anne-Louise from Springer Nova and Malin. We had a great time and it was funny to meet the family. Sessan's mom Cajo, halfsister Abbie and aunt Minja was there to and Sessan was happy to have some to play with !
From the left Sessan, Cajo , Abbie and Minja.
After we returned home we have not been training at all.
There have been so much snow that it is impossible to train those things that I
usually do with her.
Sessan is getting more sensitive and I have to be carefull not getting angry with her, because she gets soo sad .. She have also been licking her self a lot these last 1½ month.
Guess the first heat is on the way.. but 1 month ago I thought so to, so lets just wait and see, but hopefully it is all over when she have to start on her field trial in april.
This friday I recieved the diploma for Noah's
last recieved CACIB in Hilleroed.
I am proud of recieving it but at the same time it hurts so much.
He only needed on more CACIB in either Norway or Germany to become Intuch (CIE) and had already entered him for 2 upcoming shows in the 2 countries when the accident happened...
A little comfort now is that I wont recieveany other diplomes on Noah anymore that will remind me off my greif.
Next project is to get a blood sample from
Sessan to test if her Rabies vaccine is working, so she can come to sweden :o)
Besides a Show in March in Malmo, there will be both Tolling Field Trial and
Hunting Function Asessment for the Springer Nova Litter in April and that is
something I am looking so much forward on experiencing.
Especially the opportunety to meet ALL the Noah children in the litter and experiencing them in all those different situations, that is something I am looking so much forward to experience!! :o)
16/01
We continue on the game practise and
Sessan is amazing. No problems at all even on taking a long walk by my side with
the game in mouth. It has also done that Sessan without so much practise
delivers by my left side the game to hand. waiting until I tell her to let go.
:o)
Today I have been measuring Sessan. She keep on having the hight of 47 cm but have instead gained her weight with 2,5 kg the last 2 month. No wonder I think she have been developing a lot since the Dogshow in Herning.
I have recieved a lot of wonderful new pictures of Mille from Noah's Swedish litter. Therefore it became that page where I made a new gallery. Take a look at his page and enjoy the pictures of "Junior". Again thanks a lot for these pictures!!
10/01
Today the Noah litter in Sweden have
become 10 month old already. I am so happy for all the pictures I have become
from all. It means really a lot to be able to follow how they all develop.
The first plans for the new year have been written under plans and I have updated the 2010 Calender :o)
Last week it have been cold outside with snow. Sessan have been trained on game and are beginning to get very rutined on it. She always come and sit at my left side and delivers to hand :o).
The rest of the training we
have putted on hold. and I am starting the training up again in February.
Right now I am letting her play and are instead playing "Circus"
learning her all the tricks in this area. She is so clever, so maybee in a
couple of years, we will try on some Dog Dancing. :o)
Sessan was beginning to make fur, but now it seems that she is dropping it all again. Is not easy to find out... I think anyway she looks fine. Luckily she is not among those dogs that looks like shit when without fur, so I am not worried about entering her in dogshows in "bikini". She is excellent in building and angulations :o)
I am working on making new Gallery's on the page. They will all be announced as they get finished :o) Have updated with new pictures in the Sessan Gallery page.
And now a little BRAG :o)) This
weekend the mother of Noah's Norwegan Litter Alpha, entered the big Dogshow
MyDog in Sweden in the hunt for a Swedish CAC and Championat. It went perfect
and Alpha went home with CAC, SE(u)CH,
CACIB og BOS :o)
A BIG congratulation with the results GT.
Have to realize that My Dog
always will be magic in my eyes.. :o) It was the place Noah got his Swedish
Championship, "Became adult" and where obiesly both his ladies became Champions
also ;o).
Next year Sessan and I are going to My Dog and then I hope that some of the luck
may continue to shine ;o)
01/01
Finally we came through the New Year and a
2010 can begin.
New Years eve' went well for Sessan. She didn't want to go out throught the evening to pee as long as they were shooting the rockets off. But inside she just took some minutes to watch the fireworks (that didn't interest her), before she lied down and fell a sleep or just relaxted. She didn't either react on the big Boom's outside through the evening, so it was just perfect :o)
For me it is very important that IF she is to be part of breeding programme that she doesn't have any fear for fireworks. So this was a test approved with excellence :o)
2009 have been a year full of
ups and downs. A rollercoaster trip this has been and especially on the
emotional side both on good and bad.
Now I just hope that next year will be good and possitive all the way through...
The possitive things in 2009
was that Noah became both Danish and Swedish Show Champion. He became BIG 3
winner and the most important thing is that he became father to 15 wonderfull
puppies. 7 Bitches and 8 males af which I got the Daughter Sessan home.
Sessan shows early on that she is a wonderfull working dog and at the age off
ONLY 8½ month she entered the Danish Retriever Club Working Trial and was
approved with maximum points :o) An accievement that I am very proud of !
On the negative side was that I lost Noah. It have dominated EVERY THING for me this year.
I can thank Sessan that I have come through this pain and now am beginning to look forward again.
The plans are many this year and the training for the future Field Trials have begon. But for now we just have to wait and see what we will gain through this year.
I WISH YOU ALL A HAPPY 2010
